What's new: a live changelog, clearer login errors

A couple of small but useful changes went out this week:

• New: a live changelog. Head to changelog any time to see what's changed — it's always up to date, pulled straight from the project's release notes. No more digging through posts to find out what shipped.
•  Clearer login errors. If an OTP code fails, you'll now see exactly why — whether it's an invalid code, too many attempts, or a cooldown with the exact time left — instead of one generic error message.
